Tim is Senior Vice President, Sales for Commonwealth Land Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Joining the NCS in 2022, he works in business development for the NCS focusing on commercial real estate transactions of all asset types. Tim also works on national renewable energy deals and has focused on that space for the over 20 years. He works nationally and locally with large institutional investors, private equity funds, REITs, family offices, law firms, lenders, brokers, and individual investors. Tim previously worked at Fidelity National Title for over 6 years where he developed and nurtured quality relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
 
Tim is currently the events chair of NAIOP’s NYC Chapter and previously served as president of the YMBA. He is also active in ICSC, ALIS & NMHC. Tim has attended many national and regional renewable energy conferences including RE+, PLATTs and is a strong supporter of Vote Solar. He is admitted to practice law in the states of Connecticut, New York, and The Supreme Court of the United States. Tim has a B.A. from Macalester College and earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School where he received the Cali Award for highest GPA in Environmental Law Seminar. He resides in Riverside, Connecticut and is an avid golfer and sports enthusiast.
