Art is Senior Vice President for Commonwealth Land Title’s New York National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. After spending eight years as an investment sales broker, and ten years in real estate private equity, he joined Commonwealth in 2014. Art’s diverse background enables him to provide valuable expertise to a wide range of clients and he takes great pride in helping his clients grow their businesses. In his nine years with the company, he has been a consistent top performer nationwide.
 
Art earned his B.A. in Economics from Fairfield University and then graduated from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University with an M.B.A in Finance. Art and his wife Dina live in Rye, New York with their three children Drew, Alex, and Avery. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, Ice hockey, and golf.
