Ira serves as Assistant Vice President and Account Executive for Commonwealth National Title's New York National Commercial Services (NYC NCS) operation. Prior to joining Commonwealth, he held executive positions at both CBRE, Inc. and Ripco Real Estate within the New York City metropolitan area.

After a fulfilling career procuring and negotiating complex commercial real estate transactions on behalf of his clients, Ira pivoted within the industry to provide title insurance and escrow and closing services. This includes servicing many of the same people he represented as First Vice President as a broker, and as Director of Transaction Management. His professional experiences, successes, strong industry knowledge, and relationships provide Ira and his clients with perspectives and resources that have resonated well in ensuring the proper execution of all transactions.

Ira is the proud father of twin daughters. He lives in Stamford, Connecticut, and is an active alum of Syracuse University. When not working, Ira enjoys running, writing and music.
