Pete serves as Senior Executive Vice President, Sales for Commonwealth Land Title's New York National Commercial Services (NYC NCS) operation. Throughout his 21-year career as a sales executive with Lawyers Title/Commonwealth Land Title, Pete has been a leader in the industry. He has insured numerous real estate transactions over that time, including, but not limited to, office, ground-up condominium developments, gaming, hotels/resorts, multi-family, retail, energy, and industrial.
 
Pete began his career in 1996 with Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation, which then merged, with Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company in 2008. They are a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial (FNF), the largest title insurance holding company in the world.
 
Pete resides in Fairfield, Connecticut with his wife and two children.
