Ted serves as Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager for Commonwealth’s New York National Commercial Services operation (NYC NCS). He joined Commonwealth in 2016, and began in the title industry in 2014 by leveraging deep relationships with some of the largest players in the commercial real estate industry. Ted has insured numerous high profile real estate transactions over that time, including, but not limited to office, multi-family, retail and industrial.
 
Prior to joining Commonwealth, Ted had an 18-year career as a global institutional sales trader covering some of the largest money managers in the business. He worked at Citigroup, Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, and was a Managing Director at BTIG and Bank of America before changing directions into commercial real estate.
 
Ted has B.A. in Economics from Penn State. He is active in his alma mater Penn State, and resides in Larchmont, New York with his wife and two children.
