ABOUT VINCE

Joining the NCS in 2021, Vince serves as Assistant Vice President and Underwriting Counsel for Commonwealth Land Title’s New York National Commercial Services operation. He insures and negotiates high value policies of title insurance concerning fee, mortgage, and leasehold interests in real property, and controlling interests in entities holding title to same. Vince is Chairman of Law Committee, NYSLTA; ALTA Forms Committee Member; and ALTA Government Affairs Committee Member. He earned a BA in History from the University of Texas at Austin, and his JD from State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law. Vince enjoys road bicycling, barbequing, and gardening.
