Zoy is Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriting Counsel of Commonwealth Land Title’s New York National Commercial Services operations. She joined the Fidelity family in January of 2019, having  spent 13 ½ years at First American Title Insurance Company – National Commercial Services, most recently as Senior Underwriting Counsel.
 
Prior to joining First American, Zoy worked in-house as a closing attorney for a mortgage lender, managing the company’s settlement division. She has also worked for the Private Bank of a large lending institution, and as an associate in a number of firms.
 
Zoy graduated New York University School of Law, earning a J.D. in 1998, and an L.L.M. in 2003. She received her B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from Queens College, City University of New York.
