ABOUT John

John (Jake) P. Kelley, Esq. serves as Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Commonwealth Land Title's New York National Commercial Services (NYC NCS) operation. He began his title career as a receptionist in 1995. Since that time, Jake has served in a variety of positions including sales, New York counsel, national counsel, examiner, and title closer. He has extensive experience in handling New York and national transactions, involving single site and multi-site/multi-state transactions.

Jake earned his J.D. from Pace University and graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. from Methodist College. He actively supports several charities and believes in the importance of giving back. Outside of the office, Jake enjoys a myriad of outdoor activities and is an avid golfer. He once served as a caddy on the LPGA Tour.
